I feel it's our social responsibility to act now. We should have done

something about it at least 3 years ago when the early warning signs

were there and we saw petrol prices rising rapidly.

What we have to do now is start acting to save petrol any way we can.

There are many ways to do that and each person's situation is different

so they should act accordingly.

Here is the winning entry and I really like it. It's a portrait of another artist. The painting or drawing is in black and white and you can't tell that the lady has red hair.
